Our pioneering franchisees interested in education franchise opportunities will be uniquely positioned to shape the direction of global youth development and empowerment around the world.

A qualified franchisee candidate typically falls into one of three categories and is committed to following and executing our business plan. We are seeking franchisees that share our mission, fit our culture, and are coachable.

COSTS AND CRITERIA

We have a simple formula for determining if you are the right fit for joining the BIZNOVATOR Family as a franchise owner.

  • For US franchisee candidates please refer to the Item 7 of our FDD for more information.
  • We estimate that a US based franchisee will need between $90,000 and $143,000 to launch and operate their BIZNOVATOR youth education franchises business. This includes the franchise fee and additional funds needed to develop and operate your business in your territory for 6 months.
  • We require that all applicants have a minimum net worth between $200,000-$250,000 USD depending on the territory option selected.
  • For International franchisee candidates we will work with you directly to determine the complete investment picture for your specific market.

QUALIFICATION TIMELINE AND PROCESS

We have a very structured process that takes approximately 30-60 days. During this timeframe we are evaluating you as a potential franchisee candidate just as you are evaluating BIZNOVATOR. We want to get to know you better as a person and as a professional. We want to understand how you believe BIZNOVATOR will help you achieve your personal and professional goals, what our mission and purpose mean to you, and how you believe BIZNOVATOR will impact your community. We also give you the opportunity to get to know us personally and as a company, before any decision would be made to move forward together. It should be our mutual goal to make 100% sure we are a good match before entering into any business relationship. After a franchise agreement is signed, most franchisees are fully open for business within 3 months.

Our Qualification Process

  1. Complete Franchise Inquiry Form and Non-Disclosure Agreement.
  2. Introductory Call – During the first call we will learn more about you, your background, both personally and professionally and why you are interested in becoming a BIZNOVATOR Franchisee. In addition, we will share preliminary information with you regarding BIZNOVATOR.
  3. Complete our Core Values Index (CVI) Assessment.
  4. Operations Call – During this call we will review the CVI and begin discussing the BIZNOVATOR Operations Model — Go To Market Strategy, High Level Business Model, Project Management, Our Services, Support and Training etc. We will send you our Franchise Disclosure Document and Application.
  5. Call to discuss the Franchise Disclosure Document and any questions you may have.
  6. Application and Background Check completion and processing.
  7. Interview with BIZNOVATOR EXECUTIVES.
  8. Validation.
  9. Approval and Agreement Execution.
  10. Assignment to Project Management.
