While we don’t know the full impact, we can say that ubiquitous access has created unrealistically high expectations on our children and an insatiable drive by many parents for their children to excel at everything!

According to the 2018 NAMI Report, 1 in 5 teenagers, ages 13-18 live with a mental health condition.
